Current list of impacted wells as of 5/19/17:
20170519 – IMPACTED WELLS (Spreadsheet)
This is our current list of the impacted wells reported to OEPA that have been damaged or destroyed by horizontal frac jobs.
If you have had wells in this condition – please let us know. We are compiling the data.
Tom Dunlap and Richard Parish work for us at the OCC and have been working with OCC staff to design a form to report damaged wells from frack jobs. We could use your help! If you have damaged wells please fill out the form below and send it to OCC.
Please also send a copy of the OCC form to Tom Dunlap – TomDunlap@sbcglobal.net. Cell: 580-221-1778.
Our understanding from Virginia Hullinger, the OCC Engineer who will be getting all these, is that the OCC will do a study for regulatory use but until then these data sheets will not be available to the public. Tom wants to do some analysis with the data so OEPA can be helpful as the OCC does its study.
Here are links to the form and the instructions on filling it out:

Well Impact Report Form (Spreadsheet)
Please get these in as soon as you can and if you would please copy Tom so we can keep our own database updated.
The more we bring this destruction of our property to the public attention the better chance we have with protest and the better results we will have in negotiations for damages and in lawsuits.
Richard Parish, an oil and gas attorney who practices at the OCC, is also available if you need him. Richard has no other clients at the OCC so he is not conflicted nor interested in anything but getting us the best deal we can.
We are also working with a plaintiff’s attorney (Mark Haney – mark@pulshaney.com) who has put together a top-notch team that has no conflicts with horizontal companies either, to pursue lawsuits on a contingency fee basis.
Thank you so much for all your support!
