The Glenpool Conference Center will serve as the host location for the 2026 OEPA Fall Meeting, offering a convenient and welcoming space for attendees to gather, connect, and take part in the event’s meetings and activities. Located in Glenpool, Oklahoma, the center provides an ideal setting for industry professionals to come together for meaningful discussions, networking, and a memorable start to this first annual event.

From its 4 miles of trails that have been carved into the woods, to its mirror like ponds as a backdrop to your shooting fun, Snake Creek Shooting Sports was made to be the perfect venue for the shooting enthusiast.

Consent To Use Photographic Images Registration and attendance at our participation in OEPA events and other activities constitute an agreement by the registrant to OEPA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registration or attendee’s image.
Canceling or Getting a Refund
Plans change – we understand. You may cancel your seat with a 100% refund as long as this is done by September 1, 2026. The refund process may take up to 4 weeks as we need to work with our ticketing provider
Transferring Your Ticket
You can transfer your seat to a friend or colleague no later than September 1, 2026. Transfers will not be possible after September 1, 2026.
