Annual Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy
All Annual Meeting cancellations must be sent to OEPA in writing. Cancellations received within one week of said event will be assessed a $25.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made after one week of said event, no shows, or changes made onsite to registration will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather.
